Due to our items being custom-made, all sales are final. However we do work to ensure you're order was satisfying.

-We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective/

-If your order arrives damaged, please contact within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the product and packaging

-Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective items

-if approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
